What is muscle relaxing treatment?

What does botulinum toxin do?
It restricts the movement in your muscles which cause the lines and wrinkles to appear in the first place. Botulinum toxin is a protein produced by a bacteria and it has been used successfully in non-surgical procedures for many years.
What is the procedure?
You don't actually need an anaesthetic because the procedure is almost painless. The botulinum toxin is then injected into the muscles in your face, where you have the lines. It is a very quick procedure and should take around 10 or 15 minutes. The treatment then takes 7-14 days to take effect.
